Dont forget to do the second part of AO1 which is on the history of the fire service. You have actually got some good stuff in this task that could be copied over.
Adam your fire service history is a very basic PASS. To improve the work you need to tell me the major changes to the role of a fireman that have occured and the reasons for these changes. Also think about changes in equipment and majoy incidents that have happened.
